Question - Recently you have been selected for the post of Executive Engineer Grade - 1
in National Thermal Power Corporation ( NTPC ) your training ( Induction Programme )
is commencing from September 20th , 2019 due to some unavoidable circumstances you
are unable to join training on time write a letter to your appointing authority seeking a
suitable extension. ( Similar question was asked in SSC CGL 2017 Tier -3 )

Dear Sir ,

It is a matter

of proud for me that

i have been selected for

the post of E -1 through

RR-2019 i am inclined to

join the induction programme on

time but i am unable

to do so as recently
 gave birth to a girl

child due to involved medical

complexities doctor has advised complete

bed rest for two months

( Medical reports have been attached ).

I will be able to

join training on or before

November 1st, 2019.

Kindly grant an extension of

two months.
