How to use your pass


Your pass is required for admission at each attraction, so please have it to hand and ready to show it as you enter. If you’ve
puchased multiple passes, you will need to show each one.

Your pass is activated when you visit your first attraction. It is then valid for 60 calendar days.
You have two years from your purchase date to begin using your pass.

American Museum of Natural History


You must present your valid pass for scanning to receive entrance at either of these two locations:

1. Rose Center Entrance (81st St between Central Park West and Columbus Ave) and proceed downstairs to the Will Call
window (Insider Tip: This location often has shorter lines)

Tips for visiting the American Museum of Natural History

The Natural History Museum New York is fully accessible.


Consult the map of the museum to plan which exhibitions to see.
Plan to spend around 2 hours 30 minutes at the Museum of Natural History, but reserve an extra hour if you intend to see
a special exhibition.
The museum doesn’t allow food and drink, except for water bottles.
Leave large bags behind at the hotel or you will have to leave them at Coat Check for an additional $2 charge per item.

The tour covers approximately 1.5 miles of walking distance. It is a manageable amount of walking for the average adult, child
over the age of 12, or healthy senior citizen. There are no age limitations on the tour, but you are encouraged to consider the
walking ability and level of interest/attention span of a younger child.
We also recommend checking out a Williamsburg Brooklyn map ahead of your tour to familiarise yourself with the route and
area.

Catacombs by Candlelight Tour


Getting In: Show your pass at the ticket kiosk located outside 266 Mulberry Street (between Houston and Prince Street). During
inclement weather, the ticket kiosk may move inside the building.
Please Note: The tour of the Catacombs takes place in the undercroft of the Basilica of St. Patrick's Old Cathedral, which is an
active parish. Since the catacombs are active for burial, there may occasionally be a funeral, internment, or someone paying

Empire State Building


Getting in: it's easy as 1, 2, 3 to visit the Empire State Building!

1. If you have guaranteed your visit by pre-booking on the Empire State Building's website, present your Reservation
Confirmation then proceed inside for entry. If you have not pre-booked your visit, go to the ticket kiosks located on the
second floor at the top of the entry stairs. Scan your pass and select a same-day or next-day timed-entry ticket based
upon availability. You will be issued a receipt reminding you of your reservation time. Keep your receipt handy and
remember that your pass must be valid at the time of your reservation.
2. At the time of your reservation, join the security line to have your personal belongings inspected.
3. Scan your pass at the turnstile after security. That's it, you're in! Enjoy the view.
