With ResHacker you can edit any exe's assembly information and its icon.

Instructions:

[1]. First install ResHacker, using the Setup File I have included
[2]. Once installed, run it. It's that simple.

Editting an Exe's Assemblies:

[1]. Run ResHacker, and go to File>Open and then choose the exe you want to edit.
[2]. Click on the '[+]' next to Version Group
[3]. Click on the '[+]' next to the next folder
[4]. Click the Swirly Icon
[5]. Then you can edit anything that has the word 'VALUE' in the line.
[6]. Change the Info as you wish
[7]. When done, click the 'Compile Script' Button
[8]. Then go to File>Save As and either overwrite the exe you are editting, or save
it as a new exe
[9]. You have successfully changed the assemblies. If it doesnt show that the
assemblies were changed, please refresh explorer.exe

Editting an Exe's Icon:

[1]. Run ResHacker, and go to File>Open and then choose the exe you want to edit
[2]. At the top, click Action>Replace Icon
[3]. Choose the Icon you want to make the exe
[4]. Hit the replace button to change the icon
[5]. You have successfully changed the icon. If it doesnt show that the icon was
changed, please refresh explorer.exe
