Why is it important to know the factors affecting an


individual's health?
- We are very familiar with the saying, "Prevention is better than Cure". This is
the answer and the key for someone to get a good health. It is very important
to know such factors that could affect our individual health so that we can
avoid diseases especially nowadays hospitalization is hard. It can help him
realize the things they need to do and avoid in order to improve their health
because we cannot help an individual to be healthy unless we understand and
can address those factors.

It is your responsibility to make healthy decisions and take actions to ensure


your well-being. Factors such as environment, attitude, and behavior can
influence how you live. 

2. Do you think that you are healthy? Explain your


answer.
- I’m not actually thinking that I’m healthy. My mental health is affecting me so
much and my anxiety increases when the pandemic started. I’ve been
stressing a lot of things lately and I have an unhealthy coping mechanism. I
would always say a lot of things or vent a lot of things on my social media
dump accounts and then after venting out, I’ll distract myself. I think it’s an
unhealthy way of coping because people would probably think that I have
disorder or something because I would always pretend that I’m okay after
venting out. But so far, I’m taking vitamins so that should be a good steps of
being healthy.
