The maps illustrate two distinct conference room plans designed.

Overall, although the facilities are practically identical, each design has a unique
layout. Besides, the space in room B can accommodate more people than room A,
however, it prevents people from observing the whiteboard.
As can be seen from the two designs, the similarity between the two plans is the
entrance, which is located in the top-right hand corner of each room. Both plan A
and plan B have 3 tables, which are arranged in a U-shaped seating. Besides, plan
B has more seating than plan A, which helps in increasing seating capacity.
Regarding the distinction, in plan A, there is a white board next to the entrance,
with a podium to the left of it. The morning tea is served at the rear area and
behind all the tables. Meanwhile, in B’s design, the podium is in the center of the
room, in front of the white board. The morning tea is located at the top-left hand
corner of the room.
In conclusion, in plan A, due to less furniture, it is airier and more spacious.
Having less seating, so it limits the number of conference participants. While in
design B, it is convenient for break time and more seats are arranged. However, it
has difficulties in seeing the presenter and whiteboard.
