her internship in Loans and Advances department at Shiral Gat Primary
Agriculture Credit Socity, Shiral, Tal. Chiplun, Dist. Ratnagiri from 1 st
September 2021 to 31th December 2021.

He has worked on a project titled “LOAN AND ADVANCES AT

SHIRAL GAT PRIMARY AGRICULTURE CO-OPERATIVE CREDIT
SOCIETY”. This project was aimed to study of loan products, its need
and impact on farmers. As part of the project, he has scrutinized loan
proposals, visited farmers, studied the culture of co-operative society.

During her internship, she has demonstrated his skills with self-
motivation to learn new skills. Her performance exceeded our
expectations and she was able to complete the project on time.
