Description: On The Way (o.t.w) is a new Mobile Cafe Truck Business that proposes to
open in the roads and public hang-out places in Metro Manila. It will be co-owned by
Ann Frances Alve together with her business partners, Danie Geli,
Alyssa Abalos, Denise Banga, Faith Nicolette, Jasmine Morelos and Wynne Imperial.
Their goal is to live up to their tagline, "More than just a trend", with that being said,
the business will emphasize quality products at competitive prices and will promote
the business through the usage of various Social media platforms.

Name of the business: " The Seafood Wagon "

Description: The Seafood Wagon is a Food Truck restaurant traveling primarily around
Manila- serving exclusively fresh Seafood dishes with style. The menu ranges from the
classic favorites to exotic delicacies the deep sea can offer. The business is started and
is bootstrapped by Ms. Sofia Tai as a way to share her love and give her take on
seafood. Our tagline is “From the sea into the fire”. This refers to the art of cooking
food that hails from the waters.
