(A music recommending system based on human emotions)

Music Recommender system: It suggests song that fit the user’s preferences.

BayMax is a human emotion based music recommending system. Once the

application is started and after all the technical formality, the camera is switched
on. It first detects if there is a face present in front of the camera, then it will be
able to work. Once the face is detected the application moves further to
recognise the emotion of the person based on the image. On the basis of the
algorithm of the project the emotion of the user is detected.

After this all the work is of algorithm which is already trained on a dataset which
can classify the image in different classes of Happy, Sad, Angry and Neutral. Then
the keyword is searched on the on the predefined list which has a list of all the
songs under that keyword. For example, if a person is happy, then the algorithm
recognise the emotion and will search all the songs under happy keyword.
