I hereby write to you, in order to express that we are interested to buy your property
identified as: "Casa Dos Bahías", Caleta de Tankah, Tulum, Quintana Roo, with the
following conditions.

Offer Specifications

OFFERED PRICE: $1,300,000.00 USD. (one million three hundred thousand US dollars)
deferred in three payments.

A first payment in the amount of $ 600,000 usd to the signature of the sale in installments
with reservation of title, to guarantee the fulfillment of the payments of the property – in
this act the preventive notices will be presented to the corresponding authority.

The second payment in the amount of $300,000.00 usd, no later than June 30, 2022.

The third payment in the amount of $400,000.00 usd no later than September 30, 2022 to
be delivered as follows: $100,000 usd in bank transfer and $300,000 usd in cash or as
indicated by the owner
