Dear Mr. Reinhart:

In the past two years, I have strictly done business with your company. This has been beneficial
for both of us. We hired your company on for numerous large jobs and my clients were happy
with your work. It has been brought to my attention that personal belongings have been stolen
from the Fancher residence. The customer wanted to possibly resolve the issue without
involving the police. I have empirical evidence in the form of a video supplied from the
customer’s home security system. The footage shows a working wearing your companies
uniform removing a TV from the customers garage and into their work truck. I have attached the
video below for your viewing.

Because of this unfortunate incident, I believe, the worker at fault should return the stolen
property and immediately be terminated. This seems to be the most appropriate form of action
for this situation. I suggest we do the following:

• Meet up to discuss this matter immediately.

• The homeowner should attend the meeting
• The worker at fault should attend the meeting.

Please call me at your earliest convenience so we can resolve this issue and continue business
amongst each other. My office number is 509-599-2540. I can also be reached on my cell 509-
869-6005.

Sincerely,

Christopher Ryan Tyler
