WHAT IS HAPPENING IN POPAYÁN?

What is happening in Popayan must be recognized by all citizens.

The city has not been being served as it should be. Our mayor has not been doing his job, if
you have been out in Popayán you have probably realized that many streets should be fixed,
there are many holes in the streets, there are energy problems on public roads that must be
fixed immediately, the dark streets favor robberies, the city is getting more insecure and this
must be stopped or the city will be devastated, more and more insecure as time passes, and
its citizens will be full of fear.
