Under the instructions given from and on behalf of my client Mr. Rowdy Rathod, I have to bring to
your notice the following, that:

1. As set forth in the lease agreement singed on 28th March 2020, you are the tenant of the following
premises: House no. xxx, Whitefield phase x, Bangalore – 560050, and currently holding the
possession of it.
2. You are obliged to pay certain rents of the premises, as set forth in the lease agreement mentioned
above.
3. As of now the total of rents that have not yet been paid, which were due on 1 st August 2021, is
Rs.36,500. This sum comprises of two months’ rent and utilities.
4. You are hereby required to Pay the said rents in full, within 10 days of the service of this notice
to the landlord of the premises, Mr. Rowdy Rathod.
5. Failing to pay the abovementioned amount, my client shall be constrained to take appropriate
legal action against you.
6. Payment is to be delivered by Cash or Internet Banking Only.

THIS NOTICE TO PAY RENT IS GIVEN PURSUANT TO THE APPLICAPLE LAW OF THE
STATE OF KARNATAKA AND INDIA AND IN NOT WAY IMPAIRS OR LIMITS ANY OF THE
OTHER REMEDIES OR RIGHTS THAT THE LANDLORD MAY HAVE UNDER LEASE OR
UNDER THE SAID LAWS.
