Due to the nature of the establishment the type of business will initialize

manual labour. Babies and children need to be loved and handled with care

and a machine cannot provide that. The manager will hire skilled and

unskilled workers. The skilled workers will be the caregivers, who will help

to nature and care for the babies. Teachers who will teach older children, an

accountant who will undertake the business finance activities, a nurse who

will look after the sick babies and children; the security officers who will

secure the centre; a chef will prepare meals for the staff and children and the

taxi drivers who will transport the children where parents do not have the

time to do so. The unskilled workers will carry out ancillary duties the firm

will have janitors who will be responsible for the cleanliness of the centre.
