Solution 1:
Step 1: Create a Calculated Field for checking whether the Customers Name
contains Anthony or not.

Step 2: Drag Profit from the Measure to column shelve and Customer Name from
the Dimension to row shelve.Finally, drag the Created Calculated field to the filter
pane and filter out TURE values to get the desired result.

Solution 2:
Step 1: Create a calculated field State Profit using LOD expression

Step 2: Drag the calculated field over the row shelve and the Region to the Column
Shelve to get the desired result.
