NIKE, Inc. was incorporated in 1967 under the laws of the State of Oregon . The company
was founded on January 25, 1964, as "Blue Ribbon Sports", by Bill Bowerman and Phil Knight, and
officially became Nike, Inc. on May 30, 1971

respectively..During fiscal 2021, our three largest United States customers accounted for
approximately 24% of sales in the United States.

For fiscal 2021, non-U.S. NIKE Brand and Converse sales accounted for approximately 61% of total
revenues, compared to 61% and 59% for fiscal 2020 and fiscal 2019, respectively. During fiscal 2021,
NIKE's three largest customers outside of the United States accounted for approximately 15% of total
non-U.S. sales.
