Abstract 

New technologies have affected all existing fields. And since companies are always looking to align
with environmental changes, they have integrated digital transformation into all fields of application,
including customer relations. In this work we are focused on the impact of this transformation on the
customer relationship since we live in an era where everything happens quickly. The main objective
of our project is therefore to show the benefits of digital transformation on CRM as well as the
opinions and degree of consumer satisfaction with digitalization.
