How To Handle The Return Of Congregation At The

Airport

• Inform the Makassar porter about the congregations' return schedule.

• Be at the airport at least 30 minutes before the plane lands.
• Collect zamzam water and ensure that all items arrive and have been taken by the
congregation.
• Distribute zamzam water to the congregation according to the name checklist.
• Reporting to the loss and found partner airline, if there are items that are lost or have not
arrived.
• Give questionnaires to the congregation.
• Submit the results of the questionnaire to the office administration.

There are a few complaints from the guest about our service yesterday at the airport. Mainly,
it is because of the standard procedure which has been neglected. So, this morning. I would
like to remind you again how to handle the return of congregation at the airport.

First, the handling team informs the porter in Makassar about the congregations' return
schedule and the handling team and porter must be at the airport at least 30 minutes before the
plane lands.

Next, when the baggage has entered the counter, the porter collects zamzam water and ensures
that all the executive goods arrive in Makassar and have been taken by the congregation.

After that, the porter handed over the zamzam water to the handling team for distribution to
the congregation according to the name checklist.

Then, if there are items that are lost or have not arrived, the handling team immediately takes
a photocopy of the passport, boarding pass pieces and baggage tags and then reports to the loss
and found on the partner airlines.
And finally, the tour leader gave a questionnaire to the handling team and gave the
questionnaire to fulfill in their satisfaction with the services provided by travel and after that,
the handling team handed over the questionnaire to the office administration.
