Partner Utiliz ation Reques t

As a part of the 2021 Desktop Standardization project AT&T may provide some partners with the ability
to utilize the AT&T Internal HVD platform. To request AT&T Internal HVD utilization a partner must
submit this form for approval, obtain the necessary equipment as specified below and conduct a test
pilot with AT&T to validate access of at least 2 users per work type (ie onsite or work from home) prior
to implementation. AT&T Partners may utilize the same HVD HP Thin Client or Comparable PC with the
following specifications:

Solution Requires AT&T Approval based upon HVD Sever Availability
