(SHORT FORM ENGAGEMENT LETTER RE PAYMASTER SERVICES ONLY)

Dear Mr(s). ORNELIO DEUS DE OLIVEIRA or Nominee and or Assigns who will be the client
Individual

Re: Engagement of BenecoUSA Corporation and/ or nominee

We are writing to confirm that we are ready willing and able to act as your Paymaster for nominated
transactions and are willing to work with you and or your nominee or assignee in respect to the
transactions.

In respect to acting as your treasury management and paymaster services our fee is 0.25% to receive
the money and 0.25% to distribute, totaling 0.50% of the gross dollars by received and to send to the
beneficiaries on your behalf in the Paymaster account stated per an attached document that outlines the
banking co-ordinates with a minimum fee per transaction of 20,000 in the currency of the transaction.
Further to and under your written instructions, per any other agreements you have signed with any
other party or parties, we will dispense the percentage to those parties on your behalf and your net
proceeds will be dispersed per your written instructions.

Outside of the above agreement we can further assist by way of private banking services in respect to
requirements post the paymaster service and in that regard we can discuss those requirements at your
discretion. You may wish to discuss the advantages of utilizing a properly structured IBC
(international business corporation) and how when properly structured, it can maximise your overall
financial position over the longer term.

This agreement shall be for a period of 12 months duration with an automatic roll over for a further 12
months period and to continue until terminated by either party by way of notice.

In any event, in respect to termination, BenecoUSA Corporation will complete all matters required in
respect to the services such that on termination, BenecoUSA Corporation will ensure that it passes on
all information as required to another party in a manner that ensures a seamless transition and ability of
that other party as paymaster at least, to assume control and complete all that is required, in the best
interests of the Client.

BenecoUSA Corporation will exercise due care in accordance with the generally accepted practice of
consultants performing comparable work internationally at the time services are rendered.

Further to the above and Appendix A, we invite you to sign the following as acceptance of this
agreement and look forward to working with you in the future
