Minutes of the Teacher’s Meeting

Time Started: 3:30 P.M.

At 3:30 in the afternoon, December 09, 2019 Ma’am Belinda F. Jopillo, Head
Teacher III of B.T. Lazaro Memorial School called a meeting for her teachers. She
greeted first the teachers before the proper discussion of the meeting. Ma’am Derlina
G. Ladrera , grade three adviser led the prayer followed the checking of the
attendance. The following were the agenda of the meeting:

1. Reimbursement of the travel and other expenses for the MMOE

2. Needed supplies of each Teacher
 Ink and pentel pen
 Coupon bond

3. Allocation of fund from the MOOE for the payment of television

4. Installation of school television cable
5. Planning for Year end party 2019.
 Food preparation will be by teacher
 Dec. 13, 2019, Friday afternoon
 Exchange gift will be amounting 10000
 Gift game
