Assignment One

Data will be entered into the database through an easy point and click dynamic table

interface. Data will be searched and retrieved though a search bar. Queries will match against the

values of predetermined fields (_name fields, _phone fields, _IDfield, etc.) and results will be

filterable by integer fields (i.e. date, cost, age, etc.) Invoices will be pulled from the

Service_Order and Service tables, with the Customer and Vehicle tables used to populate the

headers of each invoice. Other reports for accounting and inventory purposes will pull from

tables including Part, Vendor, and Employee. The latter reports can be preestablished and

scheduled to run at regular intervals. Reports can also be pulled on demand.
