SQL Installation Steps for Oracle 10G

Step 1: Right click on file and click Extract Here

Step3: click on compatibility mode and

1. Check Run the program in compatibility mode.

2. Select service pack 3 from drop down list.
3. Check Run the program as an administrator.

Step 4: Click Apply and Ok.

Step 5: Double click on setup file.

Enter Global Database name: scott

Database password: tiger Confirm password: tiger

• Click Next

• Click next

• If you are getting warning click yes or allow access.

• Click Install

• Click on Password Management

• Uncheck user SCOTT and HR and click Ok.

• Click Exit

➔ GoTo Start
➔ Type sql and right click on SQL Plus.
➔ Click on Properties
