AFFIDAVIT OF UNDERTAKING

I, DEAN FRITZ BIHAG y COBREDO, Filipino, of legal age and

resident of No. 2550 Old National Highway, Brgy. Landayan, San Pedro,
Laguna after having been duly sworn to in accordance with law, do
hereby depose and state:

1. That I am the accused in Criminal Case No. 386009

pending before the Metropolitan Trial Court of Makati City, Branch
62, for the offense of violation of Article 212 of Act No. 3815, otherwise
known as “the Revised Penal Code, as amended”;

2. That I undertake to appear before the above-mentioned

Honorable Court whenever so required by said court or by the rules;

3. That I have no intention whatsoever to jump bail and I

undertake to attend all hearings of the case in order to clear my name;

4. That in the event that I have failed to attend any hearing of

the said case after due notice and without any valid justification, the
same shall be considered as waiver on my part to be present during the
said hearing and the hearing may proceed without my presence; and

5. That I am executing this Affidavit to attest to the truth of the

foregoing and in support of my motion for reduction of bail.
