To whom it may concern:

Good day, I am writing you this letter as a response to the memo that was sent to me by the HRMO. First
of all, I would like to sincerely apologize for the actions that I have done. Especially these recent few
days. It was not in my intention to cause the university any problem at any given circumstances. I clocked
in last Monday, September 18, 2021, because I thought that I would only be gone for that morning. And
that I can be back sometime after lunch. There had been an emergency situation. I never thought that my
father’s condition would escalate resulting in an unwanted turn of events. I sincerely apologize for the
causes of my action. And I would gladly accept any type of reprimanding to correct my actions. Again,
and I don’t know any more how would I emphasize that, I do sincerely apologize.

Sincerely,

RIC BIHAG
