Phelps Dodge), I had the opportunity to be involved in various projects of imple
mentation and upgrades for our ERP Systems that were cross-functional in Finance
, Materials, Maintenance, Auditing and System Security. Responsibilities include
d implementing new process plans, managing, scrubbing and auditing data from mul
tiple databases for conversions, facilitating process improvement efforts by int
roducing new business rules, processes, and functionalities into our ERP system.
Performing and running the necessary tests and audits to ensure conversion was
efficient and timely was also a primary function. In my role as a Project Busine
ss Analyst, I provide project support for System Administration, configuration s
et up and SOX Compliance. My roles as a Project Business Analyst range from mana
ging all the phases of the project, to mentoring staff on best practices and SOX
procedures. My most recent project consisted of planning and executing the Syst
em Security and Configuration for the Ellipse upgrade. This complex project cons
isted of collecting scrubbing and loading employee data and System and District
configuration to bring the Ellipse upgrade implementation in on-time and with hi
gh customer/client satisfaction. The experience I have acquired thus far, have a
