Inboard Energy Manager

AI Mechanic Powered

• No Wake Motor is designed to mount to the

existing outdrive to power the boat at slower
speeds and around the dock.

• Inboard Energy Module monitors batteries

to ensure have the power to start the engine, power
accessories, and the “No Wake” electric motor. It
takes in power from the alternator, solar power,
and other external charging sources.

• AI Mechanic is a smart mechanic built into the

module that collets data and provides feedback to
your phone anywhere based on local weather,
batteries status, and engine compartment data.

Innovation Claim
My product is a innovative system of current technologies that are laced together intelligently through the use of
AI. The innovative system solves a greater environmental problem by helping current boat owners prolong the
robustness of their boat and burn less fuel on the water through the use of modern hybrid technology connecting
to old technology that can be found everywhere. The AI mechanic is what pulls all the energy and boat data to-
gether to help the boat run more efficiently and boat owners know what state their boat is really in as if their was
a mechanic on the boat at all times monitoring performance and adjusting as needed.

Next Steps
I will create the first inboard energy module PCB board with basic motor control and battery level monitoring. In
parallel I will be working on the support APP which is being written in React-Native for multiplatform capability.
These components linked together will be the minimum viable product that I will start testing and building on.
The full scale prototype will be installed on a 1987 StarCraft that is 19’ long with the very common 240hp 3.0L
Mercruiser inboard engine and matching alpha outdrive. If I can make it viable for this platform it will be viable
for most 19’ or shorter boats made from 1965—2017.
