Strategic goals
a. The enrolment gradually increases every year. The school maintains the zero drop-out rate
and 100% participation rate and this is through the collaborative effort of the
school,parents, barangay council and community
b. 1.Unfortunately, the presence of slow learners and slow readers are observed, on the other
hand and on the positive side, dedicated and patient teachers are always there to guide
these learners
2.Instructional Supervisory Plan is duly prepared ,followed and served as guide to ensure
teaching and learning more effective
c. Maintain being among the list of best liquidators in the district. Manage effectively the
school resources with transparency
All teachers are being encouraged to attend webinars/trainings for professional growth and
development, learning action cell is also conducted to update teachers’ competence at the
same time to do the mentoring among new teachers
