Lisel Mueller's "Why We Tell Stories" is a great poem that allows us to tell stories to

explain who we are and where we came from. Stories encapsulates our experiences,
culture, and traditions that are shared with others to create conversations, interactions,
and perhaps, some arguments as well. In sharing these stories, it also enhances the
person’s creativity in creating and sharing stories - like fairy tales and drama.
Storytelling goes a long way and I don’t think there is going to be an end of it as well.
