MOBILE PHOTOGRAPHY

Guidelines, Mechanics and Criteria:

- The contest is open to all students who took Social Sciences subjects in St.
Francis Xavier College.
- Each student should submit not more than 1 entry as their final entry for the
competition.
- The participants must indicate caption for their entry attached in the photo with a
corresponding “photo title, name of the photographer and course taken”
- Photo must be relevant to the theme “Agenda ng Kababaihan, Tungo sa
Kaunlaran”
- Deadline of submission will be on March 18, 2022. The submission will
automatically close and reject any entries that will be submitted after the
deadline.
- Participants may submit their entry to their respective subject teachers handling
Social Sciences subjects.
- Photo must be taken from March 7 – 18, 2022.
- Created and taken by the contest participant.
- Created and taken using a mobile devices like smartphones and tablets.
- The photo may in LANDSCAPE or PORTRAIT orientation.
- Photograph enhancement is allowed. Editing tools such as lightroom, photoshop,
Snapseed and other editing tools can be used. However, photo alterations are
highly discouraged.
- Photo should not contain water marks or identifying marks.
- Photograph should not violate person’s right, including but not limited to
copyrights and privacy.
- Photograph must not previously submit or won in any photography contest
- Does not contain images of elected government officials.
- Photograph will be judge according to the following criteria:

Content, Value and Relevance - 30%

Visual, Artistic Impact - 30%
Composition, Originality of the Concept - 40%
