IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS

1. Please enter the same mobile number (of Team Leader as per
D2C) in the form for each year.

2. Make sure you invest exactly 100% of your funds amongst the
investment options. E.g. If you wish to invest 20% of your funds in
Start-up X, then simply write 20 in the box for Start-up X.

3. Leave the space empty for start-ups you do not wish to invest in.

4. Do not invest more than 100%, any excess amount will be

adjusted at the will of the organizing team to reduce the sum of
investments to 100%.

5. In case a team has allocated less than 100% of their fund, the
balance funds will be invested in Fixed Deposits providing fixed
return i.e. 6% per annum.

6. Teams shall get exactly 5 minutes to decide their portfolio mix at

the beginning of each year. No extra time shall be provided and
form will be closed.

7. In each round you may decide to change your portfolio mix. In

case a team is unable to submit the form in time, the portfolio
mix from the previous year will be considered.

8. Teams not submitting the form in Year 1 will not be able to

participate further. Teams not submitting the form for 2
consecutive years will be disqualified.

9. It is recommended that you also track your investments and

returns on a personal excel sheet. A copy of your responses will
be emailed to you.
