HATAMAN, TO ENTER INTO A MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT, BY AND BETWEEN THE CITY GOVERNMENT OF ISABELA AND ALL JUNKSHOP OWNERS, AS MITIGATING MEASURE IN THE PROPER SOLID WASTE MANAGEMENT. WHEREAS, waste management includes activities and actions required to manage wastes from its inception to its final disposal, to include, collection, transport, treatment and disposal of waste; WHEREAS, solid waste management is defined s the discipline associated with control of generation, storage, collection. transport and processing; WHEREAS, the City Government of Isabela accumulated several unserviceable government vehicles and equipment, thereby resulting to pile-up of junks; WHEREAS, several junkshops within the city is interested in buying these scraps, WHEREFORE, upon motion of Councilor Yusop |. Abubakar, duly seconded by all member present, BEITPoge 02 Resolution No. 20-6055 RESOLVED, as it is hereby resolved, that the Sangguniang Panlungsod of Isabela, grants authority to Her Honor, the Mayor, Sitti Djalia T. Hataman, to enter into a Memorandum of Agreement, by and between the City Government of Isabela and alll junkshop owners, as mitigating measure in the proper solid waste management.
