Chemicals Required:

Nitrosol - 130 gml

Caustic Soda - 220 gm
Soda Ash - 350 gm
Sulphonic - 500 ml
HCL Acid - 500 ml
Color - 100 gm
Perfume - 30 ml

Procedure:
1. Take a 4 litre water in a plastic container or bucket(15-18 litre capacity).
2. Add nitrosol in it and stir.
3. Take 2 litre of water in another container, add caustic soda to it and stir till all particles
dissolve properly.
4. Add caustic soda mixture to the nitrosol solution and stir. The foam begins to rise but don't
worry it will settle down in a while. You must stir the mixture thoroughly.
5. Take 1 litre water in another container and add soda ash to it. Stir till it dissolves in water
properly.
6. Now add the soda ash mixture in the nitrosol mixture(the bigger container).
7. Add sulphonic in the nitrosol mixture and mix well. Make sure the uniformity of all the
chemicals.
8. Now add the HCL Acid to the mixture very safely. As HCL Acid is very dangerous. Safely
pour the HCL Acid in the mixture. Don't forget to use nose mask because it has very strong
choking odor.
9. Add blue color to little water in a separate container. Mix well and then add this colored water
to the main mixture, mix gently. Foam begins to rise but it settles down after a while. You must
continue stirring till all the chemicals incorporate.
10. Add perfume and mix and Pour in plastic bottles and your Homemade HARPIC is ready to
use and sell.
 New Method:

Materials required:
 HCL (32%) – 30%
 Acid Thickener – 2%
 Water – 66%
 Color 2%

Steps:
 Take Water in one vessel.
 Add Acid thickener and mix well.
 Now add 15% HCL and mix the solution.
 Now mix Color 2% and mix the solution.
 Now mix balance 15% HCL and mix the solution.
 Toilet Cleaner is ready to use.
