BINIBINI FOOD STORE

In overview of the Binibini Food store just like the jollibee, mcdo, Shakey’s
and other food industry franchise have, the Binibini Food store or bfs for short
it can be has a large branches have and it can be product and services
quality have. BFS located at Matatalaib F.tañedo Tarlac City because of this
market target needed. Binibini Food Store is where I owned the name base
on the unique type of person I am so that’s why it is called Binibini Food Store
Industry. This business is generalized having the needs, vision, mission, &
values, the market profile, the production illustration, the organizational plan,
the operational plan and sustainability. Generally, food Service Industry in
the Philippines is growing at a phenomenal rate and everyone wants a part of
it. For those unaware, the food service industry is composed of all forms of
food retail. This includes fast food chains, food kiosks, cafés, bars, take out
and delivery stores, and full service restaurant. Food Industry Business serve
people with a great taste in a different kinds of flavours, styles, types and
kinds of a product that can be this way of attracting people and customers to
buy and try the product have and to encourage others to try our business and
be part of the world class branch of new business that will be titled on and be
succes with the help of them.

gear and your ventilation makes sure you keep the airflow comfortable for
your staff.
3. Food Processors- A food processor is a kitchen appliance that can be
used for chopping, slicing, shredding, grinding and pureeing different
types of food.
4. Mixers- Select your mixer depending on the volume of food you’re
planning to make and how often you will use it.
5. Slicers- slicers are a great tool for slicing things like meats and cheeses.
6. Food prep counters and cutting boards- Prep tables, counters and cutting
surfaces are essential to your restaurant kitchen.

Market target: the Binibini Food Store targeted the amount of


population as 1000 customers .

Market share: the Binibini Food store or bfs will share the profit up to
minimal amount of having income per day through staffs.

Competitors: the competitors will be other food store that are like my
business has near at our places.

Benefits: the Binibini Food store benefits can give a high maximum of
people that target not forcing customer each day.

 Marketing Plan

Where: Located at Matatalaib F.tañedo st. Tarlac City


Binibini Food Store has Fries, Siomai and Burger Station but this is
minimum as start-up business and can be add more food services in
our food store in bfs Area.

Pricing: the price must be affordable and friendly budget to have a lot
of customers.

Process: It can be dine-in and take out depends on the customer


wants. We have 3 people or employees assist you in a cashier counter
for ordering and there’s other people behind to ready the food to serve
in customers.

Menu: Binibini Food Store can give a best seller or the main customers
menu wants and that’s affordable and friendly budget.

Provide: Bf’s serves you the best quality and quantity for you to satisfy
and be right back after tasted all the foods that serve.

Target market: the target is in around 1000 customers a day maybe


can be increased depend on the customer will be.

 Product Description

1. Fries

The fully automatic french fries production line is consisted of potato


washing peeling machine, cutting machine, rinsing machine, blanching
machine, dewatering machine, frying machine, dealing machine,
packaging machine, etc, with capacity 100kg per hour to 1000kg per
hour. Potatoes need to meet specific criteria related to: Size: Potatoes
need to be large and long oval (oblong) Dry Matter Content: Dry matter
content of the potatoes needs to be high enough, Reducing Sugars:
Reducing Sugar content needs to be low enough. Discolouration:
Discoloration after cooking (non-enzymatic), as well as enzymatic,
discolouration, should be as low as possible, Defects and Diseases:
Within acceptable limits, as it causes waste and defects in the product

Variability: Maybe not the primary quality criterion, but all variability in
the potatoes (within tubers, between tubers, year to year) for any of the
mentioned aspects makes the potatoes less suitable. Besides, some
suppliers (e.g. McDonald’s) accept only French Fries made from
specific potato varieties.
2. Burger

There is everything from the choice of a spatula to large equipment like


grills and fryers. We are going to look at 10 burger cooking tools that
are needed to make a great burger, whether you are cooking them on
the stove or on the grill. These are the smaller essential items and are
not the only ones you might want to use. Griddle pan or skillet, Salt
and pepper grinders, Meat grinder, Meat thermometer, Spatula, Burger
press, Favorite burger recipe, Apron, Cutting Board & Plate for your
burger.

3. Siomai

Starting a siomai business is easy. It only requires low capital. The


hard part is keeping the siomai business running. But with good
marketing strategy, good location and good know how of the product,
your siomai business can be profitable and successful. Must be

Binibini Food Store are fast food structure looks so that it was food
industry business but in mine in this start-up business it has 3 foods
and these are fries, siomai & burger. If it is became successful I will
add more foods in my Binibini Food Store so that a lot of customers will
enjoy and look for more food that can they eat and satisfy their
cravings and that will be found in Binibini Food Store area in Matatalaib
f.tañedo st.

 Operating Strategies

The strategies will be use in giving low prices such as affordable and
friendly budget, the services will be use is can be dine-in and take-out
for just like other franchises business like jollibee, mcdo, Shakey’s and
other largest food industry business.
Binibini Food Store will be use the advertisement, promotion and
online encourages to people for them to look in our business and
encourage them to try on our business.
 Critical Risk

Risk such as now new normal in amidst the pandemic it is hard to have
the target of market useful of grab, delivery and orders that can be
possible through use in because of the pandemic people use social
media to orders something and Binibini Food Store provided a site
wherein can be open delivered in customers and be easily to reach out
others customer that came from a far such like other places and
Binibini Food Store provide different branches in different places just
like the milk tea shop that around the world are have in.

VI. Organizational Plan

and if the business gonna be successful I will add more employees to
work on because of many customers will attach on the business.

I will be the owner I will contribute from visiting in my free time and will
help them from serving customers and give them the best and enjoying
experiences in my business store that customers will be satisfied
enough.

Contributed by being the sponsor also because I’m the one whose
support my business and support my employees from their abilities
and qualifications experience skills from how their feedback shows
based on the customer.

VII. Operational Plan

 Workflow

Binibini Food Store open every weekdays and weekends and it will be
open every 8am in the morning and closed until 10 pm at night so that
serving people will be everyday schedule ahead.
Employees will be every alternate and they have their day off every
Saturday and some employees will duty on and alternate in having
their day off.
Binibini Food Store will be on time from opening and closing and
depend on the customer will visit on our business area and base on
occasions or events have if necessary of my employee

evaluation is just simple just looking for them how they’re doing and
how’s their work on it.

 Financial Plan

Financial target is in 6 digits of income a month or a week that will use


from built branches of business Binibini Food Store franchise in
different countries and places to have a lot of income and sustain the
financial support that gathered throughout the years for my employees
and the money will earn if we have a savings more we will give some
donations from different events and programs.

 Social Impact
When it comes in socialization and communication the behaviour
reflect are being honest, responsible, organized and discipline such as
give them the rights and the obligations to teach them and trained
them when serving customers and other people. Social impact of
Binibini Food Store will be based on the owners and managers also
employees because the trait of one person will always opposite from
how they treated well when they are starting on their job that’s why we
make sure to treat you the best and very aesthetic ways for you to
satisfied.

I learned doing this business plan was


basically all about the marketing from
how were supposed to do a business
plan from our future just like it will be the
one props or an example for us to guide
from having a business someday and
what are the marketing strategies
marketing plans will be used in making
and having a business someday. Also I
learned that you have to put a love or
interest on your work from doing a
business plan because it’s not gonna be
worth it if there’s no inspiration or
true’llyness from your doing or work that
you’ve done. As a student nowadays we
have a lot of dreams to become and to
reach but pursuing it is hard because
amidst pandemic is very challenging
from achieving all your goals just like
from being fatty we want to be sexy but
that’s not easy rather it is hard to do
That’s why making efforts from yourself
is giving yourself happiness just like
when you do a business plan you have
to exert an effort because this will reflect
your future on how you will handled an
business to be successful.
