HOMEWORK: A

1. How do stress and stressors help a person in identifying ways to cope?


-We have a different stressor and the stress we facing, it we also have a different way to cope depending
on the level of stress and stressors.
2. Explain the three views on stress as a stimulus, response, or relational.
Stress as stimulus is when we see the changes and very challenging event as a threat.
Stress as response causes the changes of our behavior when dealing with stress because our body
releases this chemical and adrenaline to cause of changes in our physical behavior.
Stress as relational is the stress is seen depends on the environment we belong. If it is positive, he
can find a way and see the stress as a challenge but if it is negative, it will cause an effect to the
emotion and develop negative thoughts.

3. List some ways on how a person can cope with stress.


- Find a hobby and activities that keeping you away from thinking too much. Sleep if you can and stop
doing things and let your mind in peace in that way you can think a better solution. Buy your comfort
food or go to place where you feel relaxed, this will make you feel better.

HOMEWORK: B
1. Share a personal experience about stressful situation you were in and what
kind of coping mechanism helped you manage the situation.
Before, I feel so much stress that cause to have trouble I sleep, mannerism and worse you can see the
cause of stress in my physical appearance because of the school work, overthinking and low self-esteem.
But I work in silence to make me better by time planning and music. I work with my body clock.
2. If you see someone who is stressed out and needs help, what do you do?
Listen to them first. Help them to figure out what is the root of the problem if you can and support them
practically. This will ease the stress in themselves.
3. What happen when a person experiences chronic and acute stress? What possible can happen to
this person if this situation continues over a long period of time?
Chronic stress can cause damage to your mental health like anxiety and depression. This will affect
also your health like high blood pressure and heart attacks if help is not given. Same with acute
stress like hypertension and stroke.
