A. The process of putting government policies into action is known as public

administration. Public administration is now widely regarded as having some
influence over government policies and initiatives. It is specifically concerned with
the planning, organizing, directing, coordinating, and controlling of government
operations.

E. A formal organization is a group in which the activities of its members are

organized and managed. There must be at least two members in such a group, but
there is no upper limit. Common procedures and systems are incorporated into such
organizations. A group of people who share a common identity and are dedicated to
attaining a common goal form an informal organization. Informal organizations are
formed by the members' will and shared identity.

F. Taylor's Scientific Management seeks to determine the most efficient method of

accomplishing any task. He believed that efficiency was governed by universal laws
that were independent of human judgment.
