Ingredients

can (15oz/420g)
tomatoes, whole or crushed
1
can (6oz/170g)
tomato paste
¼
of a small
onion
2
large garlic cloves,
1
heaped tablespoon
dried Italian herbs
1
teaspoon
granulated sugar
1
teaspoon
salt

Instructions
1. In a food processor or blender, combine all ingredients and pulse until smooth.
2. Store in the fridge in a resealable container for up to 5 days. Or, you could also freeze the sauce in ice cube
trays, pop out cubes, and place in a plastic bag to continue freezing.

Recipe Notes
Note: If you have leftovers, pop it in ice cube trays and freeze for up to 8 weeks.
