Spun Urey (ARUN KUMAR) ee eee Director General of Civil Aviation MINISTRY OF CIVIL AVIATION NOTIFICATION New Delhi, 22" October, 2021 $.0. 4409(E).— In pursuance of sub-section (4) of section 4A of the Aircraft Act, 1934 read with sub-rule (2) of rule 3A of the Aircraft Rules, 1937, the Central Government hereby empowers the officer(s) of Directorate General of Civil Aviation, who are authorized to grant a licence, certificate, authorisation or approval in exercise of the power(s) delegated thereto by virtue of the Statutory Order(s) issued under Aircraft Act, 1934 or the Aircraft Rules, 1937, to exercise the power of Director-General to impose restrictions on such documents as provided under sub-rule (1) of rule 19A of the Aircraft Rules, 1937. The Central Government further empowers the following officers/persons of Directorate General of Civil Aviation to exercise the power of Director-General to direct any person not to exercise privileges of his licence or certificate as provided under sub-rule (2) of rule 19A of the Aircraft Rules 1937, namely:— 1. Joint Director General of Civil Aviation; 2. Deputy Director General of Civil Aviation; 3. Chief Flight Operations Inspector; 4. Deputy Chief Flight Operations Inspector; 5. Director of Airworthiness; 6. Deputy Director of Airworthiness; 7. Assistant Director of Airworthiness;8. Senior Flight Operations Inspector; 9. Director of Flying Training; 10.
