REFLECTION PAPER

Upon reading the ideas pertaining to nurse entrepreneurs, I would like to put up a

daycare center that will cater well and sick pediatric clients, since I aspire to be a child care

provider. I came up with that concept since I would like to specialize in pediatric nursing in the

future. Aside from that, I believe that being a pediatric nurse has a distinct benefit in running a

daycare center because the care offered to the children will be holistic in nature. It is beneficial

not only to the parents, but also to the pediatric clients, since the needs from increased levels of

growth and development will be met by the professional and experienced caregivers.

A. OBJECTIVES

This business aspires to provide a high-quality and holistic service to its clients and

significant others. The following areas will be prioritized by the company:

● To emphasize and practice e a total quality care in pediatric clients

● To provide a safe and therapeutic environment for all pediatric clients, significant

others and caregivers

● To focus on pediatric client’s needs and satisfaction in order to acquire and

maintain frequent clients

B. GOALS

The company’s goal is to provide a unique service that benefits both parents and

children, allowing them to enjoy the convenience of being a client of this company, to

establish a strong presence in the community, and to share a therapeutic environment by

 providing them with high-quality childcare, excellent service and a welcoming

environment for them.

C. REASON AND PURPOSE

This company will exist to serve the Filipinos as a center for child care that will provide

high-quality, patient centered care and for its caregivers to become highly responsible

and productive constituents of the society. This company aims not only to deal with

clients, but also to connect and establish a casting relationship with them. Furthermore,

this company, despite the large scale of this project, is looking forward to being socially

engaging and financially profitable in conducting this type of services.
