She is a successful self-made entrepreneur with an outstanding 35-years track record in the finance industry. Ms. Sutanto has been instrumental in building the Company from its start to today and under her leadership, Anugerah has rapidly grown to profitability and achieved a quantum of leap by assuming reputable market positions. Earlier in her career, Ms. Sutanto has held multiple top-management roles. She was the President Director of PT. Pridana Futura Centra Investama (PT. PDFCI) from 1999 to 2001. Prior to that, she served on the Board of Directors of PT. ‘Agung Securities Indonesia in 1997 and PT. Danasakti Securities in 1994. She was also the Marketing Manager at PT. Prima Tangguhartha in 1992 and PT. Pan ‘Ameo! in the follawing year. Ms Sutanto is a magna cum laude graduate of Dalhousie University, Canada. Sihol Siagian ‘Commissioner Mr. Siagian experienced in Indonesian Capital Market world for more than 30 years. He has spent 2 decades with the occupied several important positions in the Capital Market Supervisory Agency and Financial Institutions since 1978. And most of all, Mr Siagian has served as Director of Indonesia Stock Exchange and Surabaya Stock Exchange in the period 1998-2008. He has a Master of Law degree from the University of Padjadjaran, Bandung. In the field of academics, since 1999 Bp. Slaglan profession as a lecturer at the Capital Market LMKA (Supporting Professionals Training for Notaries Capital Market).
