What is yoga?
Yoga is a type of exercise in which we move our body into various
positions in order to become more fit or flexible, to improve our
breathing and to relax our mind.
Why we should do yoga?
There are various reasons to do yoga. Some of them are;
1. It cures mental stress
2. It is helpful in improving concentration
3. Reduces obesity
4. It improves immunity system
5. Improves body posture
When to do yoga?
The best time to do yoga is early in the morning.
Where we should do yoga?
Yoga can be done at home, park or at any place which is clean, full
of peace, have fresh air and also have presence of sun rays.
How to do yoga?
1. Choose a comfortable spot
2. Get a yoga mat
3. Do warm up
4. Choose the yoga and perform it
5. Relax with shavasana
