I am as head of the field of fostering of manpower Fully support Miss Rosiyati’s application
for a magister study at the turkiye buslari scholarship programme.
I personally, known miss rosiyati, she is science teacher at a state junior high school in
bangkalan, although I do not know directly, but based on data bangkalan district education
office she is one of the young teachers who are active in teacher quality improvement activities.
especially in scientific writing. this ability has even become one of the counselors with friends
who deliver their students become gold medalist in the event of scientific writing competition
junior high school level held by Ministry of Education and Culture.In conclusion, I would highly
recommend Miss Rosiyati for this program.
