If rejected you will be notified by SMS/Email. Please collect Office copy from Concerned TMO by showing
Customer Copy. Then update the application online, Print and Submit to Concerned TMO again.
If approved you will be notified by SMS/Email for Bio-metric appointment. After taking appointment please appear
on appointment date with Customer Copy.
After Bio-metric collection Customer Copy stamped as ‘Enrollment completed’ should be returned to you.
Once the plate is ready you will be notified by SMS/Email for Plate delivery appointment. After taking appointment
please appear on appointment date with Customer Copy to collect English Number Plate.
After plate delivery Customer Copy stamped as ‘Plate delivered’ should be returned to you.
Please make a photocopy of Customer Copy after every stamping.
