1. Tell me about yourself?

a. Aside from being a student in college years, I also accepting variety of works such as
logo designing, tarpaulin layouts, short video editing, installing application, resetting
printers and other computer related matters. These activities makes me earn extra
money in order to provide my needs in academe.
2. Why did you apply for this job?
a. As a recent graduate, I am eager to kick-start my career. I’ve been preparing myself
during college to become a skilled and knowledgeable enough about the field that I
have been chosen. I choose to apply for this job because I believe this job will act as
a perfect transition from student to professional.
3. What makes you want to work with this company ?
a. I' ve seen your company consistently listed as one of the top places to work.
As a fresh graduate, always aim to be part of a successful and reputed company or
organization. This will be the best opportunity for me to start my career and utilize
my skills, knowledge and abilities with the company I always attracted since then.
4. What has been your greatest achievement thus far?
a. My greatest achievement was sending myself to college without asking for financial
support from my parents. This taught me to have a self-discipline and prioritize my
time to stay focused on my goals. I’m proud of this accomplishment and I feel that
what I learned is going to give me a big advantage in my career now.
5. What are your strength and weaknesses?
a. Strength - My people skills are my greatest strength. I find it easy to connect with
almost anyone, and I often know how to empathize with others in an appropriate way I.
also have a lot of patience that contributes in order to come up with and
excellent outcome.
b. Weaknesses - I struggle with negative criticism and can become obsessed with
perfecting my work after receiving notes from a supervisor. While I appreciate
the guidance, I think I can learn to be less harsh on myself.
6. Where do you see yourself 5 years from now?
a. “I am certain that the coming five years will be productive for me. Working in this
organization with a positive work environment and a healthy work relationship. I can
picture myself growing to the position I am working on. I feel the values of this
organization can be advantageous to my career. In return, I see myself utilizing my
knowledge to yield better outcomes. The five years ahead are a guide to me. They
would take me to a target where I can cherish the achievements along the road.”

because I’m passionate about this field of work, and I am excited do my very best to
have an excellent outcome on my work. I’m very flexible, hardworking and I can give

a. You shouldn’t hire me if you are looking for someone to coach the team, then I’m
probably not the right person for this position. I’m better suited to being an
playing coach, to plan and execute the actual performance than coach them. I
always stick to my goal, one of my strength is putting 100% dedication to my work.
