We are the Palo Ambassadors Orchestra, a community and church-based organization from Palo, Leyte
dedicated to developing and honing artists through free music training workshops and projects.

The Super Typhoon Odette hit the Philippines on December 16, 2021. We have already grasped the extent
of damage caused by the typhoon, bringing dreading devastations, and left many of our fellowmen
homeless. In response to this, the Palo Ambassadors Orchestra is organizing a fundraising concert for our
kababayan at Southern Leyte and to also encourage bayanihan among and for those greatly affected and
been victims of the typhoon. With the meager resources that we have, since as a community organization,
we rely solely on kindhearted individuals who are willing to share what they have in order to continue our
projects and programs.

In line with this, we would like to knock on your benevolent heart for assistance and ask you to be one of
our sponsors for our venue. Our event is set to transpire on February 25, 2022. For holding this event
successfully, we intend to use your school specifically the auditorium for the whole day and host around
100 spectators.
