This is to certify, that the Product (A) has been tested and approved. All ingredients used in the
formula for this mentioned Product (A) are food grade and fit for human consumption.

All raw materials and ingredients are supplied by Supplier (B). All ingredients from Supplier (B) are
produced in Germany and supplied from Germany for the Company (D). The products (A) are bottled
at the co-packing facilities of Supplier (B and C) in accordance to good manufacturing practice (EG
certificate 834-2007, IFS – International food standard, ISO 9001:2008) and in accordance to the food
legislation of Germany, Switzerland, USA, Canada and the European Union.

All analyses performed correspond to the guidelines of the Codex Alimentarius. Concerning to
the results of the analytical tests, the raw material specification and the application instructions,
the product is produced in accordance and conformity to the German, Swiss, US American,
Canadian and European Food Law Legislation.

Considering the regular controls during and after production of raw material and finished
product we herewith certifiy that the manufacturing companies are operating in accordance with
the principles of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) and the European Hygenic Regulation.

Analytical laboratory data, during and after production at lab:

Brix: Conform to reg. and specs. (Refractometer 20 C)
PH: Conform to reg. and specs. (PH Meter)

Product Stability:
A stability test has been carried out at several temperature levels and at numerous times for the product under control of
a taster panel and the result (taste and colour) are satisfactory / usual in the market. We suggest an appropriate storage
for optimal results. The shelf life from the distributor is 18 month from manufacturer date if stored properly according to
guidelines.

The acidity calculation is based on a water carbonate hardness of 0,1 ( dH ) degrees.

Pasteurisation parameters: final drink: > 90°C / > 30 seconds short time heating ( cold aseptic filling) 
Compound stirring: 1 bar / 5 minutes with Co2, is valid for multiple connections

This product corresponds with the regulations of the European food legislation effective at present. All information is carefully drawn up and represents our current knowledge. Due to the specific conditions
in our production line and the natural origin and distinct provenance of the raw material, the values specified for this product may vary within acceptable tolerances. For this reason as well as for the
possibility of changes in the legislation we can not guarantee for the accuracy of this specification. All statements concerning allergens are drawn up according to the information given by our suppliers
reinforced by internal steps. We carefully follow Good Manufacturing Practise ("GMP") and have implemented HACCP systems supporting us to avoid cross contamination of allergens mentioned as
"absent" as far as technologically possible. However, despite utmost care the presence of such allergens cannot be excluded completely. Therefore, any statements about absence of allergens do not represent
a guarantee under any jurisdiction. Concerning fruit preparations the contained fruits or fruits components were thoroughly cleaned and inedible parts were removed as far as technological possible. Foreign
Bodies from the fruit such as seeds and stones cannot be considered as a deficiency. If necessary in individual cases we reserve the right to adjust specified values with allowed acidifiers resp. acidity

 GMP -Certificate
Consumption:
Products produced by the Company comply with the regulations of the European food legislation. They are
suitable for human consumption according to regulation (EC) 178/2002. For evaluation of this product the
specified applications and standard usage are considered.

Raw Materials:
The traceability of the raw materials and food contact materials is guaranteed according to Regulation (EC)
No. 178/2002 and 1935/2004. Raw materials are purchased from approved suppliers. New raw materials are
incorporated in our portfolio and used in our formulas only after thorough examination. The raw materials
correspond with the regulations of the European food legislation. An incoming control of all delivered raw
material batches is performed according to a written test plan. All quality data are collected. A raw material can
only be used in production when a release is done.

All raw materials used in our formulas are reviewed at least once a year depending on the raw material through a
random system for heavy metals, pesticides and mycotoxines. Furthermore, we carry out authenticity analysis for
fruits and concentrates. We do not use any raw material which does not correspond to the AIJN Code of Practice
and other association’s reference guidelines. External analysis is commissioned to accredited laboratories.

GMO:
Company has committed itself not to use any genetically modified raw materials or any ingredients derived from
genetically modified organisms. This is consensual to the expectation of many consumers who do not accept
genetically modified food. Therefore, all products delivered do not have to be labelled according the regulations
(EC) 1829/2003 and 1830/2003.

Allergens:
Company policy states the measures which are undertaken by the organization in order to guarantee the product
safety with respect to raw materials with allergenic potential. It refers to foodstuffs or substances with the
potential to cause severe reaction in persons suffering from allergy or food intolerance.

Irradiation and Radioactivicty:

Neither the raw materials nor the products delivered by the Company are exposed to ionising irradiation
according to directive 1992/2/EC and 1999/3/EC. They are not affected by regulation (EC) 737/90 regarding
radioactivity.

Food Safety and Hygiene:

The Company produces according the regulation (EC) 852/2004. The Company has established in-house controls
to ensure that the health of consumers is always guaranteed. The HACCP system (Hazard Analysis of Critical
Control Point) ensures that all potential risks are avoided or kept at the lowest possible level.

Packaging and Transportation:

All available packaging are suitable for the transport of food. The packaging complies with the regulations (EC)
1935/2004 and 852/2004 as well as the guidelines of the German LFGB. Reusable containers are designed to
ensure a sufficient cleaning and disinfection.

is a refreshment drink and dietary supplement to be used as part of a balanced diet and nutrition to support an active and

The product has been developed by Beverage Innovations together with the renomated Rudolf Wild GmbH & CO. KG in
Heidelberg, Germany. All compounds and raw material are produced and supplied from Germany. The beverage is filled
