The project deals with the problem of availability of schools and office supplies for customers distant

from malls or stores. It allows customers to get what they want via inserting a certain amount of money
or credit into the machine. The machine then gives a receipt of purchased items. Data will be collected
for the inventory of items through SQL. We have come up to this idea to at least ease the problems of
students like us and so that customers will be able to access products conveniently.

It caters for the needs of students or office workers to buy any schools and office items
24/7. They don’t need to hire personnel to man this machine like you would on malls or stores. This
project helps the organization to increase its sources of income. It allows consumers to access their
preferred products while on the go. The machine can be positioned in any location where there are no
stores in the vicinity. Therefore, consumers do not have to take long journey to find products because
the machines are often strategically positioned to cater for their needs. Also, these machines help
businessmen to save a substantial amount of money in the form of labor cost.
