INCLUSIONS

1.) The Client shall reimburse Photographer for any additional cost the Photographer may incur for
travel, meals, parking, and other reasonable cost necessary to the performance of these
services.
2.) The deposit is not refundable if the Client cancels or changes the shoot. If the Photographer fails
to appear at the place specified above, the deposit shall be refunded to the Client.
3.) Photographs shall be available to the on Google Drive. Client has unlimited rights to use or
reproduce the photographs and may print or use then in any way they see fit.
4.) The Photographer reserves the right to cancel the Photography Session due to unforeseen
circumtances including, but not limitd to: inclement weather, illness, emergency, or any other
conditions which the Photographer deems may adversely affect the quality of the Photography
Session. In the event Photographer cancels the scheduled session, the deposit will be applied to
a re-scheduled session that is agreed-upon by the parties.
5.) The client shall assist and cooperate with the Photographer in obtaining the desired
photographs, including but not limited to specifying persons and/or scenes to be photographed;
taking time to pose for photographs at the Photographer direction; pre-shoot consultations, etc.
The Photographer shall not be responsible for photographs not taken as a result of the Client’s
failure to provide reasonable assistance or cooperation.
