ONLINE SESSION RECORDING ACTIVITY 2

In this session learners were welcomed to the course, after past 5 minutes we
started the session. I explained the route to check the study and support material
and the evidences of ACTIVITY 4: MAIN PAGE-CONTENIDOS DEL CURSO-
PROYECTO-ACTIVITY 4.

Then, we started to check the topics that ACTIVITY 4 develops; it included the
grammatical and lexical topics that comprise: Oral presentations, Signposting,
Composite words, vocabulary and contexts about leadership and responsibility.

The vocabulary proposed in the activity was pronounce, so the students could
check pronunciation; likewise, it was recommended to check the multimedia
versión of the material since it is more didactic and they can listen to the
pronunciation of the vocabulary proposed and develop the activities in a more
interactive way.

Next, we started to revise the evidences to develop in this ACTIVITY, first I


opened the evidence MY PRESENTATION OUTLINE, where the students have
to find a topic of personal interest and present that topic; students need to carry
out exhaustive research in order to be able to present all the necessary
information related to the selected topic. They have to report the most important
aspects of their research through a brainstorm of the ideas and concepts that
they think will be relevant to the presentation. After that, they have to structure
their presentation using the Signpost language learnt during this learning activity
and present their outline through presentation cards. Finally, they must write a
complete list of references using the guidelines given by the American
Psychological Association (APA).
Later, we saw the interactive activity “ORAL PRESENTATION”, where they have
to develop the activity following the instructions proposed. The next evidence is
WIKI CELEBRITY MODELS; in this activity, students have to write their opinión
about the next statement: “Celebrities are taken as responsibility and leadership
models”; in this writing they have to use vocabulary related to leadership and
responsibility.

Finally, I explained how to develop the evidence WORLD LEADERS where they
have to develop a a presentation about the world leader they most admire. They
will need to carry out exhaustive research on the main aspects of their leader’s
life. Students have to use APA style and also include a list of references.

When we finished the evidences part, I showed them the route to upload the
evidences: MAIN MENU-EVIDENCES and students started to say their doubts
regarding the evidences and the platform. Doubts were solved and the session
