TUTOR MENTOR MEETING REPORT

• The tutor mentor meeting was conducted on 12 March 2022 (Second Saturday) for 1st year
international students.
• The meeting was held in C 1 at 11.30 AM.
• Dean, SCE and B.Tech program head also attended the meeting and interacted with
students.
• Post meeting, the students were led to visit all the laboratories and library of the
department.
• 19 students were present in the meeting.
• 4 students had already notified regarding fever and didn’t attend the meeting.
• 1 student has been selected in the KIIT basketball team and couldn’t attend the meeting
due to his games scheduled at the same time.
