1. Identify at least six specific character traits President Kimball observed the Savior possessing.

 Fixed principles
 Understanding others
 Selfless leadership
 Responsible
 Wise Use of Time
 Being accountable

2. What are some of the similarities between the character traits of Christ and those of a successful
manager?

Based on my own observation, there are lots of qualities that a successful manager must possess. Some
of these qualities were mentioned in the talk of President Kimball. Successful managers must possess
the character trait of being fixed and constant with all their decision same as Jesus Christ for having
fixed principles. Successful managers must also be understanding with the people around him. A
successful manager must also be selfless. He or she must thing of the welfare of his people rather than
his own.

3. Do you know anyone who exemplifies one of those same characteristics?

I have known several people who exemplifies the same characteristics and he is none other than Prophet
Joseph Smith. He was a very good leader. He shows perfect example that people must possess. He is
very selfless that he even bargain his life for the welfare of all saints.

2.2 Describe your Personal Management Development Plan.

 What steps do you need to take to implement your plan?

First thing that I would do is to ask for the Lord’s help through prayer. I can’t do all things without His help. I
should be sensitive with the promptings of the spirit so that I can receive personal revelations for the success of
my future businesses.
 Which area your management plan will be the most difficult for you personally?
To be honest, one of my struggle now is my fluency in speaking the English language. I always struggle doing it
by myself. I even ask my wife to translate basic terms in our own native language. But I know with great
determination, I will be able to succeed and achieve my SMART goals.
 In what management area do you need the most growth?
Being consistent and having constant self-discipline.
